麻豆直播app (JM), a global building and specialty products manufacturer and a Berkshire Hathaway company, announced today Eric Cremer is the company鈥檚 new Chief Human Resources Officer, effective immediately. Cremer has worked for the past two years as Director of Human Resources for JM鈥檚 Engineered Products business.

In his new role, Cremer will be responsible for all aspects of JM鈥檚 global human resources and communications organization.

鈥淓ric is a seasoned human resources professional and has more than 20 years of HR experience working at a variety of companies,鈥� said Mary Rhinehart, JM鈥檚 President and CEO. 鈥淓ric is well-positioned to help JM continue to be the Employer of Choice for current and future employees. He will make an outstanding addition to our Senior Leadership Team.鈥�

Cremer worked at Merck & Co., Agilent Technologies and Kraft Foods before joining 麻豆直播app in 2004. Over the next eight years he held a variety of HR positions, including North America Director of Human Resources and Labor Relations, Senior HR Manager and Regional HR Manager in McPherson, Kan.

Cremer left JM in 2012 to work as Vice President of Human Resources at Vistar in Centennial, Colo. He returned to JM in 2016 and quickly became an integral member of the Engineered Products leadership team.

Cremer earned a bachelor鈥檚 degree and a master鈥檚 degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He and his family live in Englewood, Colo.
