DENVER 鈥撎齏ednesday,听June听17, 2020听鈥撎�麻豆直播app听(JM), a global building and specialty products manufacturer and a Berkshire Hathaway company,听announced听today听that听Bob听Wamboldt听will become听President and听CEO听on Sept.听1, 2020.听Mary Rhinehart,听the company鈥檚 current听Chairman, President and听CEO, will听retain听the role of听Chairman.听听听

Wamboldt joined 麻豆直播app in 2003 and became President of JM鈥檚 麻豆直播app business in February 2017. He earlier led the Engineered Products North America and Roofing Systems businesses at JM.听Wamboldt is also Chairman of the North American 麻豆直播app Manufacturers Association and previously served as president of the Asphalt Roofing Manufacturers Association.听听

Before joining 麻豆直播app, Wamboldt worked 16 years at PPG Industries Inc., where he held a variety of positions in the company鈥檚 Fiber Glass and Coatings divisions. He earned a听bachelor鈥檚听degree听in听chemistry from听Lehigh University. He and his wife live in Denver.听听

Rhinehart听became听麻豆直播app鈥檚听President and CEO听in听2012听and assumed the additional role of Chairman in 2014.听Before听becoming听President and听CEO, she was听the company鈥檚听Chief听Financial听Officer听for听eight听years. During听her听more than 40 years with 麻豆直播app, she听also听held听leadership roles听in听treasury,听supply chain, M&A听and听human resources,听and听she听managed听several of the company鈥檚 business units.听听
