Did you know that properly installed flashings can be the most听important part of the roof?听Improper installation of flashings can make听the roof vulnerable to leaks.听They can also be one of the hardest parts to听fix.听Here are some resources to help with听 detail听installations for听your next project.听
JM flashing details are听available听online here听for your convenience. They are organized听by membrane system鈥痑nd are鈥痠dentified听by EPDM,听PVC,听TPO,听APP,听BUR,听SBS, L (Liquid Applied), and CO (Coatings). Our details are听provided in both CAD and PDF鈥痜ormats (and in some cases BIM). Once on the听landing page, click on the FLASHING DETAILS tab.听听
Each detail includes a diagram and detailed notes as well as听the听maximum听guarantee听term that it can achieve.听Our鈥痙etails听are designed in house so you can be sure to use the correct JM product in your听details. The details听are also鈥痗onsistent with NRCA details.听
