It’s been 10 years since we opened the doors to our very first JM-owned and produced EPDM out of our plant in Milan, Ohio. Prior to opening our own plant, JM EPDM was manufactured in Taiwan. JM and our contractors were excited to have our product made in the U.S. We created jobs and an opportunity in a small town where those opportunities can be hard to come by, particularly when the local Tenneco plant had just shut down.

Over the past decade, we have launched new products including EPDM FIT with factory in-seam tape innovating the EPDM product line. The plant continues to find new ways to enhance the EPDM product offering and we are excited to see what’s next for our plant.

We truly appreciate our team at all our plants. Last monthÌýwe celebrated our EPDM plant in Milan, OH for hitting the 10-year mark! TheÌýteam had people scheduled throughout the day for plant tours with theirÌýfamilies. Employees and their families enjoyed a catered lunch with brats, hotÌýdogs, cookies, chips & drinks. The employees also were given baseball capsÌýand water bottles as a small token of appreciation for all their hard work.ÌýMany family members mentioned how nice it was to see where their spouse works,Ìýand it helped to explain many things that are discussed outside of work.Ìý
