麻豆直播app broke ground in September 2020 on our new 420,000听sqft polyiso plant and distribution center in Hillsboro, TX. The plant is on track to be听complete in Q1 2022 and the first operational portion of the building, the听roofing systems distribution center, will open in December 2021. 鈥淲e听continue to invest in our business, customers and communities,鈥� said Joe Smith,听President of Roofing Systems at 麻豆直播app and 鈥渋ncreasing the availability of our听products while creating new jobs is a win-win.鈥� The new plant is and听will create approximately 50 new jobs and will manufacture our customers most preferred polyiso products including:

- ProtectoR庐 HD High-Density Roof Cover Board
- AP庐 Foil-Faced Foam Sheathing Building Insulation
- GoBoard庐 Tile Backer Board

New 麻豆直播app TPO Roof Installed
The roof of the new Hillsboro, TX plant was installed in June, 2021. The roof system contains two layers of JM ENRGY 3庐 Polyiso and uses ProtectoR庐 HD cover board. The membrane we chose was JM TPO 60 mil attached using induction-welding with RhinoPlate which requires 25%-50% less fasteners than a inseam methods.
