Â鶹ֱ²¥app Micro-Pak® Formaldehyde-Freeâ„¢ thermal and acoustical fibreglass insulation is made of long, resilient glass fibres bonded with a thermosetting binder. This insulation cuts easily to fit a variety of smaller insulation applications in walls and around windows, doors, air conditioners, outlet boxes and pipes.

Formaldehyde-Free -ÌýWill not off-gas formaldehyde in the indoor environment.

Thermally Efficient -ÌýProvides effective resistance to heat transfer with an R-value of R-8 (RSI-1.4).

Sound Control -ÌýÌýReduces transmission of sound through exterior and interior walls and floor or ceiling assemblies.

Fire-Resistant and Noncombustible -ÌýFlame Spread of 25 or less and Smoke Developed of 50 or less.

Non-Corrosive -ÌýDoes not accelerate corrosion of pipes, wiring or metal studs.

Durable -ÌýWill not rot, mildew or otherwise deteriorate.

Resilient -ÌýBonded glass fibres will not pull apart during normal applications and resist settling, breakdown and sagging from vibration.
